Calling all addresses!

Sorry, no pictures. I'm in Arizona with my Mom's family, and Mommy can't do any pictures because, well, she's not fully equiped when she's out of town. But I have a request for all of you. Mom needs your addresses for Christmas cards. And you know you want to get a Christmas card with the best family picture ever on it! So, if you want a Wernli Family Christmas Card, please email your mailing address to cassmaster@gmail.com. It would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Backyardigans

Hello, Cassie here. I'm using Lexi's blog to shamelessly plug a show that I really think is great. Props to a Nickolodeon show called "The Backyardigans." Though there are shows out there that are aimed to musically educate that are entertaining for kids (Little Einsteins) and thought most shows have music involved that kids love (Lexi's favorites are Wiggles and Sesame Street), I think that Backyardigans is the best. This show usually involves things that I remember learning about in my childhood education courses at BYU. They use things like lots of vocal harmonies, rests and pauses in the music so the child isn't bombarded all the time with sound, and vocal variance (Vocal variance meaning really high notes and really low notes. It is good for the child to use his head and chest voice from an early age). I know this sounds boring and maybe preachy, but if you are looking for a show for your child to watch, this is a great one!

Here are just some goofy pics of Lexi for you to enjoy.

One year pictures cont.

Here are some more absolutely gorgeous pictures of me.
I'm trying to look nonchalant in this one.
Here I'm watching my mom make an absolute fool out of herself trying to get me to smile. It kind of worked.
I am about to cry in this picture. But I still look cute!
Don't I look a little sassy in this one?

One year pictures

So, we took some one year pictures while I was in Arizona. Rebecca's friend Nicole is awesome and here are some of the pictures she took.
Here is probably the only smile I did for the camera.
Here I am contemplating the meaning of life.
This is my model pose. Isn't it great?
I lied. Here is the second smile I did for the camera.

Real Halloween 2007

I know, I know. I'm just the cutest thing you've ever seen. Here are some pictures of me dressed up for Halloween.
I am a cat, in case you couldn't figure it out.
Look at how cute I am!
Here I am with Uncle Chandler holding me.
I thought this was cute of me looking at Kinsey.
Where's Lexi? Can you find where I am?
Here I discovered my tail.
Here are all seven of us born in 2006. From right to left we have Zephyr the lion, Addie the clown, Cashis the bear, Trigg the clown, Zanya the clown, me the cat, and Booker the horse who changed to a lion later the night because he hated the horse costume.

Halloween 2007

Okay, so while Dad went to Canada on business, Mommy and I went to Arizona to have fun with all my cousins. Here are some pictures of the Monday before Halloween. We got together to eat, carve pumpkins, and bob for apples. All I did was eat.

Here's Jan, Hanna, Dad, Kindyl, and Zanya having fun with pumpkins.
Here's my favorite... Blue's Clues pumpkin. There also was an Elmo pumpkin that was awesome too.
Here are all the future wet people about to bob. You can see a couple already wet.
Here's Sammy going at it. She's only three and she did better than some of the older ones!
